This project was desinged by Alejandro de la Sota in 1984. It was projected in La Alcudia, Mallorca.

Alejandro de la Sota was born in Pontevedra 1913. He finish his studies at Escuela Técnica Superior de Arquitectura de Madrid in 1941, he was doctor in architecture in 1965. He has been the architect of Instituto Nacional de Conolización, Dirección General de Correos, Aviaco and Iberia. He was teacher during 16 years at ETSAM. He gave lectures and courses in multiple universities, in Spain and outside, as London (Architectural Association), Munich (Architecture school) and Harvard university. He won severals architecture contest, and is considered the most influential of the second part of the Spanish century XX. His works have been widely published and there are several monographs about him, also several tesis in Spain, England, Germany and Switzerland. He died in Madrid in 1996.
