The client wanted to move out of the city. They thought that if they could live on 70m2 in a city apartment they did not need a 250m2 big house. So we designed a compact 123m2 house, including a garage underneath. The construction cost where calculated to NKR 1,45mill. Unfortunately just too much for the client.27.09.07
